Using Daynode

You may use Daynode for lawful personal or business planning. You are responsible for the events, invitations, reminders, notes, contacts, and other content you create or change through the app.

You must not use Daynode to break the law, harm another person, interfere with the service, bypass licensing, or access accounts and data without permission.

License

Daynode is licensed, not sold. A valid license lets you use the app on the number of devices shown when you purchase it. The license is personal to you or your business and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to distribute modified copies of Daynode.

Purchases

Purchases, receipts, taxes, license delivery, and the customer portal are handled by Polar. The price and device allowance shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Refund requests are handled under the terms and rights that apply to the purchase.

Your data and connected services

You keep ownership of your content. Daynode receives only the limited rights needed to process it for features you choose to use. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Google Calendar, Apple Contacts, Apple Reminders, iCloud, Polar, GitHub, and Vercel are separate services with their own terms and availability. Daynode is not responsible for changes, outages, or account limits imposed by those services.

Availability and updates

Daynode may change, add, or remove features and may release updates needed for security, compatibility, or reliability. Online sync, licensing, downloads, and connected services can sometimes be unavailable.

You should keep your own backups of important information and verify important event details and invitations.

No warranties

Daynode is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no promise is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be removed.

Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daynode is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, missed appointments, lost data, or problems caused by connected third-party services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for Daynode, unless the law requires otherwise.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Daynode at any time. Access may be ended for serious misuse, fraud, or license violations. These terms may be updated as the product changes; the effective date above will show the latest version.
